Heather Yost graduated with a B.A. degree in English in 2000 and a Master of Education with emphasis on Curriculum Development and Instruction in 2005. Since 2000, she has taught at both the junior high and high school levels. Her experiences include teaching Advanced Placement Literature and Composition courses, British Literature, remedial composition, speech, studies skills, and even algebra.
On the side, she tutors homeschool, public school, and college students in English and math. When not teaching or tutoring, she is an avid reader herself, but also enjoys taking time out for cooking, traveling, scrapbooking, and watching baseball. Every summer she tries to learn a new skill. Past attempts have included scrapbooking, crocheting, wood working, sewing, and making French desserts.
